Absolute Dance Company’s 2024.2025 Tuition Fees
Fall session begins Monday, September 9th
Registration Fee: $30.00 per family
Monthly Dance Tuition
30 minute class, once per week $45.00
45 minute class, once per week $60.00
1 hour class, once per week $90.00
1.5 hour class, once per week $120.00
2 hour class, once per week $180.00
Absolute Bosses Ballet Tuition
30 or 45 minute Classes $20.00
Multiple Class Discount: Dancers/families enrolled in more than one class receive 10% off of total tuition. Not to be used in combination with dance passes.
Dance Passes: For students taking several classes. Dance pass rates are determined for a single student and cannot be combined as a family rate. Multi Class Discount does not apply to discounted pass rates.
Gold Dance Pass: $395.00
5 Hours of dance per week in student’s age range/evaluated level. Not including master classes, special events or intensives.
Platinum Dance Pass: $450.00
6 Hours of dance per week in student’s age range/evaluated level. Not including master classes, special events or intensives.
Diamond Dance Pass: $500.00
Unlimited hours of dance each week in student’s age range/evaluated level. Not including master classes, special events or intensives.
*No discount given if used in combination with master classes, workshops or camps.
Master Classes: Rates vary based on instructor.
Tuition and Multi Class Discount
Absolute Dance Company offers classes that are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes or 120 minuets in length. Dancers enrolled in multiple classes will receive a 10% discount on the total tuition. Not to be used in combination with dance passes.
Exclusive Platinum and Diamond Dance Passes
Absolute Dance Company provides a significant discount to our dancers who would like to train at a more consistent level. Our dance passes allow our dancers to dance in multiple classes in their evaluated level, at a fraction of the price.
10 Hour Dance Pass
10 Hour Dance Passes can be purchased for $300.00. Dancers will receive a punch card that they will bring to each class. Please email AbsoluteDanceOffice@gmail.com to purchase dance passes and select desired classes.
Private Lessons
Absolute Dance Company offers private lessons with our instructors and guest choreographers. Please contact AbsoluteDanceOffice@gmail.com for each instructor’s rate.
Tuition Payment Information and More
A $30.00 Registration fee per family is due upon registration along with your September tuition payment (non~refundable)
Credit Card payments will be subject to a 3% fee. If you prefer to pay by check, please submit your check prior to the 1st of the month. For example, October tuition is due by October 1st. Please submit payment prior to October 1st. Credit cards will be charged on the first of each month if another form of payment has not been submitted.
ADC accepts Mastercard, Visa, checks and money orders. All accounts will be required to have a credit card on file. All cards will be charged on the 1st of the month unless a payment by other means has been made.
A family must inform ADC in person, through phone or email, and receive confirmation of said interaction, if a dancer is discontinuing classes. If ADC is not notified and the tuition payment is applied on the 1st, the dancer may continue to attend classes that month but will not be reimbursed that tuition installment. Withdrawals must be made before the 1st of the upcoming month in order to discontinue payment. Please note, Summer and September registration fee payments are made at the time of registration and are non-refundable. This applies to withdrawals and cancellations as well. There is no reimbursement of costume deposits after they have been ordered. Dancers who withdraw may pickup their costumes in May.
Year In Full Payment Discount: Receive a 10% discount when tuition is paid in full during registration. If paying in full, credit card or check are accepted. The year in full payment is due at time of registration. If a family pays for the year in full and subsequently chooses to discontinue class after payment, they will receive a reimbursement less a $50 processing and administration fee.
Multi Class Discount: A family will receive a 10% tuition discount off their second class or 2nd dancer. This may not be combined with the Dance Pass discount.
Tuition is based on the entire dance year program, which is split into even monthly payments. Tuition is not based on how many classes are held per month.
The child of anyone with an overdue balance may be ineligible to perform in the annual recital.
A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: There are no refunds for absences or classes canceled due to weather. Tuition installments are not based on how many classes in a month but the whole year divided into monthly payments for family's convenience. Dancers are invited to attend a make up class, in their evaluated level, in order to make up for their missed class. Please contact AbsoluteDanceOffiice@gmail.com, or call 440.315.5678 to schedule your makeup class within one month of your missed class.
Showcase: Our end of the year showcase fees include a costume fee of $80.00, Showcase tickets (price to be determined, generally around $30.00 per ticket) a mandatory showcase video purchase of $20.00 which will be charged in April. Tuition and costume payments must be up to date before costumes can be taken home. There are no refunds once a costume payment has been made. Dancers are able to pick the costume up in May if they discontinue the class. Costumes are purchased with room to grow based on child's measurements and the costume company's size chart. Alterations, if necessary, will be the parents' responsibility.
An $80.00 payment per costume will be charged in November and will be due prior to Christmas Break.
